Terms of purchase

Payment

Payment is handled in a secure checkout provided by Stripe. You can pay by card, Klarna or Apple Pay. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Kajsa Landgren. Please get in touch (kajsa@kajsalandgren.com) if for some reason you want to pay another way. Swedish VAT is included in all prices, whichever country you order from. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout apart from shipping.

Shipping

These rates are for one book. Parcels with several books may be charged an additional shipping fee — please contact me when ordering. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may be added in the destination country; those charges are paid by you directly to your national authorities.

Delivery

Your order is normally shipped within 1–4 working days after payment is received. Orders are usually sent as a parcel with PostNord. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide the correct name, address, phone number and email when placing the order. I pack the books carefully but do not take responsibility for how the shipping companies handle them. Download the PostNord app to track where your parcel is.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase of a printed book within 14 days of receiving it, provided the book is still in mint condition. Notify us (kajsa@kajsalandgren.com) within this deadline that you have changed your mind and are sending the book back. You are responsible for the return shipping. We will refund the cost of the book once we receive it.

There is a withdrawal form to fill in. Put the withdrawal form with your name in the package. The return address is: Kajsa Landgren, Ransviksvägen 14, SE-263 77 Mölle, Sweden. Contact kajsa@kajsalandgren.com before returning.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase of an e-book that has been downloaded.

For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge a cost of SEK 250.

If a book you receive is defective, I will replace it or refund you. If the item is defective I will also cover the return shipping — please contact me at kajsa@kajsalandgren.com. If you consider an item defective but we do not agree, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in the dispute resolution procedure and follow ARN’s recommendations.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

I comply with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in distance contracts. I handle all personal data in accordance with the GDPR and never sell or disclose it for anyone else’s purposes.

To run the site I use a small number of data processors, which may only process the data on my behalf: Stripe (payment), Resend (sending receipts, download links and replies from the contact form) and Hetzner (server hosting, within the EU).

I collect the following information about customers: name, address, phone number, email address, ordered goods and payments. This information is used to deliver the books you have ordered and is kept for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires.

I may use your email address to send information about acupuncture courses. Let me know at kajsa@kajsalandgren.com if you do not want such information and I will remove you from the mailings.

I do not collect date of birth or account and profile information, and the site sets no cookies — neither its own nor third-party ones. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Visitor statistics are collected with Umami, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or between visits. What is recorded is anonymised and aggregated: which page was viewed, where the visit came from and what type of device was used, plus the fact that someone clicked, for example, a phone number or a buy button. None of it can be linked to you as a person. The site also uses GlitchTip, which captures technical errors so they can be fixed; it records which page an error occurred on and which browser was used.
